Our customer is the first Air District of the nation. The Air District operates with over 340 dedicated staff members, including engineers, inspectors, planners, scientists, and other professionals. Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, all the staff members had been operating remotely since 2020. Recently, in the wake of receding case numbers, the agency decided to open its office and embrace the hybrid work model. However, under its Distributed Work Policy (DWP) there were a lot of manual processes involved in the hybrid working scheduling process.
