Our customer is a public community college in Illinois, providing a wide range of academic program choices to meet the student’s educational needs at different points in their lives. Students, faculties, staff, and board members across this college were using an internal Intranet to share important news and events with just a few clicks. The platform was responsible for keeping college staff up to date with new policies and storing students’ grades and attendance. However, their Intranet platform was built fifteen years back and its technology was now outdated. As a result, the users faced various usability issues.
