Our customer is a New Mexico-based government healthcare agency that that provides early intervention services to infants and toddlers who have developmental delays or who may be at risk of developmental delays and supports their families. To make this program a success, the government agency relies on an application. However, the existing application had been developed many years back, and its back-end technology was outdated, which impacted the efficiency and operations of the government healthcare agency.
The customer approached AgreeYa as a potential technology partner to support the city council’s vision to create a more cohesive, equitable, and effective early childhood system in New Mexico. With AgreeYa’s support, the government healthcare agency was able to strengthen its data collection, aggregation, and reporting functions in the application to enable data-driven decision-making. The infrastructure and technology upgrades mitigated the security and performance issues in the application. Download the Case Study to learn more.
